Well friends, here is the beginning of Lyric Summer releasing as much music as economically and creatively possible in 2018. Flossie Dukeshire is a garage power trio featuring Jay Spight on guitar, Spencer Duncan on bass, and Anson Hohne on drums, sharing vocal duties here and there. “Better Point of View,” the first single from the band's upcoming debut cassette, Everyone We Know is Here, is a neo-psychedelic garage meditation on the joy of appreciating the small, ordinary things in life, and quickly loosing that awareness to the distractions of the modern world. Everyone We Know is Here will be available as a cassette and a digital download on February 23, 2018 at lyricsummer.bandcamp.com.

Listen and download “Better Point of View” and it’s accompanying B-side, “In Another Place,” at https://lyricsummer.bandcamp.com/album/better-point-of-view.

Hope you enjoy. More to come.
Thanks,

-Anson Hohne
